Sales Professional
Currently seeking sales professional yearning for six-figure income.  If you have good hunter and account servicing skills and seek a challenging opportunity to grow, this may be the position you are looking for!  It is beneficial, but not essential for you to have construction related experience.  To succeed, you must close top administrators and technical end users. You must be able to establish, develop, and maintain a multi-state territory, as well as long-term relationships.  In addition, you must demonstrate that you are a strong closer.  Entry compensation package includes a base salary and commission (that can extend the base salary), benefits, travel expenses, and/or reimbursement.  The position involves overnight travel by car.  A minimum of five years of sales experience is required, and a current annual salary of at least $56,000 is required (verifiable by tax records). Experienced Roofing Foreman
Currently seeking qualified applicants for a Commercial Roofing Foreman position. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years experience with all aspects of Commerical Roofing as well as 2-5 years of crew supervision. The candidates should be familiar and experienced with the following types of commercial roofing (those with Residential Roofing only need not apply):
Shingles and slate roofing
Metal Roofing
Single Ply Roofing TPO & PVC membranes, Mechanically attached or fully adhered.
EPDM Roofing, mechanically attached or fully adhered or Ballast.
BUR - Built Up Roofing with Hot Asphalt or Cold process
Modified Bitumen Roofing with Cold process
Able to read Blue Prints
Able to layout tapered insulation
Supervisory skills for managing crew members

Requirements:
In addition to all aspects of commerical roofing and supervisory skills. applicants will be drug tested,must have a clean criminal background and MUST have a valid driver's license in good standing.
