Experienced outside sales professionals needed for an established commercial roofing and building restoration company headquartered in Iredell County with customer base throughout the Carolinas and southeast. We offer a challenging and financially rewarding opportunity for seasoned sales persons who can generate qualified leads, establish immediate rapport with new prospects, and build ongoing profitable business relationships. Ours is a customer-focused organization, dedicated to providing valuable services that deliver long-term benefits.

 

To be considered for this position, you must have a proven proficiency in lead generation, prospect development, consultative selling, and closure of sales in a business-to-business environment. Knowledge of commercial roofing or commercial construction industry preferred, but not required.

 

The Ideal Candidate will also have:

• 3+ Years outside B2B experience selling services

• Strong history of success in new business development and lead list generation

• Proven ability to create new business opportunities and convert leads into sales

• Track record of establishing and growing long-term customer relationship

• Drive to succeed while keeping the needs of the customers at the forefront

• Ability to travel and work independently with strong proficiency in office technology
