Statesville Roofing & Building Restoration is currently seeking qualified applicants for the positions of Building Restoration Foremen and Building Restoration Technicians. We are also seeking trainees for these positions.

​

Foremen candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in all phases of commercial building restoration

​

Technicians should be thoroughly experienced in repair and restoration associated with commercial building facades and parking garages.

​

The Qualified Candidate should have experience with the following types of work:

• Concrete Repair

• Stucco Repair

• EIFS Repair

• Caulking

• Wall and Deck Coating Systems

• Expansion Joints

• Swing Strange and/or Scaffold access equipment

Other Abilities Required for Foremen include:

• The ability to read and understand blue prints

• The ability to communicate effectively with Owners and Engineers

• The ability to supervise crews

Additional requirements include drug testing, criminal background verification, and Foremen Applicants must have a valid North Carolina Driver's License in good standing.
