Statesville Roofing & Building Restoration is currently seeking qualified applicants for the positions of Commercial Roofing Foremen and Roofing Technicians. We are also seeking trainees for these positions. Roofing Foremen candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in all phases of commercial roofing and should have supervised crews of 5-7 employees. Roofing technicians should be thoroughly experiences in identification and repair of water entry and performing repairs associated with commercial roofing systems.

Qualified candidates should have experience with the following types of commercial roofing:

• Metal Roofing

• Shingles and Slate Roofing

• Heat-welded Roofing (TPO, PVC, etc.)

• EPDM Roofing ( Mechanically attached, fully adhered, or ballasted systems)

• Built-up Roofing (hot asphalt or cold process applications)

• Modified Bitumen Roofing

Other skills needed include:

• The ability to read and understand blue prints

• The ability to install tapered roof insulation

• The ability to supervise crews of 5-7 members

Additional requirements include drug testing, criminal background verification, and applicants must have a valid  North Carolina Driver's License in good standing.
